The description of the cabin was very misleading on their website, and by phone. Cabin is maybe 12' by 12'. The hide-a-bed was terrible: bunks were ok for kids, however when the hide-a-bed is folded-out, you cannot get out of cabin unless you crawl over it. This has to be a safety and fire hazard. No table in the cabin but they have a picnic table outside...which is ok unless its raining. Very dusty, and no air conditioning. I complained on Wednesday about the poor sleeping conditions: we were planning on staying til Friday. The host could only offer us half of our money back. I would not recommend anyone staying in one of their cabins.

Great place to stay: right on the Big Thompson river. Nice swimming pool, and nice folks.
